Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer Flat rate $7.95 Shipping within USA and $15 to Canada.  We use U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. Please contact us to get quotes for all other international orders.

All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-­4 business days AFTER 2-­4 business days warehouse processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Note

Chic Petite Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will certainly assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen.

Return Policy

Please contact us at customerservice@chicpetiteboutique.com initiate a return. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Returned items must be received by us within 5 days from receipt for STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue refunds.  You are notified via email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. It will be located behind “Use Store Credit” under Payment Method on the Checkout page.

Our outfits are true to size but Each outfit has a different style and May fit differently.  Feel free to contact us to get measurements before ordering. 

We will NOT be responsible for return shipping if the outfit doesn't fit.


SALE AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
